Time expressions like "always," "never," and "every day" confirm that present simple is needed. With practice, you will see these clues instantly and choose the right form without thinking.

First, write down the specific mistake you keep making — for example, "I forget the -s after he/she/it." Then create five correct sentences that practise that exact point: "He works," "She goes," "It rains," "My father drives," "The dog sleeps." Say them out loud several times until they sound natural. Next, try writing five sentences of your own using that exact verb form. If you still make the mistake, go back to the specific exercise for that topic (positive, negative, or questions) and practise it again before returning to mixed practice. Focusing on one problem at a time is more effective than repeating general exercises.
